Production Process

At Saghe Talaee Esfarayen Production Cooperative, the production process is carried out using state-of-the-art global technology and advanced extrusion lines. With 8 active production lines and an installed capacity of 14,145 tons per year, the company is capable of manufacturing various types of polyethylene pipes and fittings in sizes ranging from 16 to 500 mm.

At all stages, from raw material selection to shaping and cooling, parameters such as temperature, pressure, and thickness are continuously controlled to ensure that the final product offers structural uniformity, high mechanical strength, and long service life. The use of high-quality raw materials that comply with national and international standards results in high performance and durability, easy installation, and reduced stress at the joint points.

Quality at Saghe Talaee is not just a slogan, but an ongoing process. The Laboratory and Quality Control unit, utilizing precision laboratory equipment and expert personnel, tests all products in accordance with national and international standards.

In this section, tests such as:

• Hydrostatic pressure test

• Dimensional and thickness control

• Impact and tensile strength test

• Raw material uniformity inspection

are performed to ensure that every pipe, before leaving the factory, offers the highest level of safety and performance. These continuous quality controls guarantee long-term durability in water supply networks, agricultural systems, and sewage systems.

After final approval by the Quality Control unit, the products enter the packaging and preparation stage for dispatch. The company’s logistics system is designed to ensure that the loading process is carried out with minimal mechanical stress on the pipes, so that product quality is preserved until the moment of delivery.

Due to the variety of sizes and order types, loading is performed using appropriate equipment by trained personnel, and shipment is possible throughout the country. The goal of this unit is fast, safe, and accurate delivery of products according to customer orders.
